We offer both graphic design and 2D / 3D illustration
for a wide variety of Brand Identity, Online Visual Development and Print projects.

What does the design process involve?
The design process is never linear, but it goes similar to this:
Listen to your project info > Proposal / Price Quote>
50% deposit > Concept Designs> Revisions >
Rendering Final Version > File Formatting >
Final 50% > Delivery > Support
Contact us via email or phone and let us know what your
project goals are. We'll listen to you and let you know how we
can help and send you a price quote.
After getting your project info we'll come up with concepts
designs for you to choose from and revise. During the revision
process you can take the parts from each concept you
liked and we'll combine them into a new version.
Or if you love a version and need no revisions we can move
directly to finalizing your project.
Finalization involves formatting your project for print or
building your website and uploading to your server.
We work with your printer / web hosting company of choice or
can recommend an online print or web
company to produce a high quality finished product.
How long will the project take?
This depends on the exact needs of a project. Projects can
range from a couple weeks to a few months
depending on the size of the project
Things can be done quicker if necessary, but generally we'd
recommend at least 2-3 weeks for most projects,
to ensure that the designers have enough time to
make your project the best it can be.
What does it cost to hire you?
There is no set price list, but rather we take the information
on what your project requires and put together a
proposal based on your needs. Send us an email explaining
what your project is and we'll send you a quote.
How do you accept payment?
For most projects, a 50% down payment is required
to schedule in work. Payments are accepted via
mailed check or PayPal. The final 50% will be
paid on completion of the project, prior to
releasing the final artwork.
What exactly will I receive?
You will receive via email or uploaded to your chosen print
or web company, graphic files in multiple digital formats
(e.g pdf, ai, psd, jpeg, html...) required for
the completion of your project.
What is the style message you wish to portray?
Please provide the designer with some examples of designs you like as well as some
descriptive keywords eg. sleek, bold, modern, 90's, etc...
This will set a direction for your designer.
Who is the target market?
Knowing your demographic, the age, gender, lifestyle etc...
of those you want to reach will help the designers
target your specific audience.
What is your time scale / deadline?
Having a time scale / deadline is a must for keeping your
project on a straight path to completion.
What is your budget?
Where is it going to be printed?
Please provide your print company's contact information.
If you don't have one we can recommend an online print company.
If website or online content,
where will it be uploaded?
Please provide all links and upload information.
If you need help finding a web hosting company we will
recommend one and a plan that will work for your website.
Please provide any additonal info you think will help your designer.
